We use Crashlytics to log information about crashes and problems in our applications when explicitly enabled. You may choose to opt in during registration, then opt in or out at any time via the Settings screen.

Crashlytics is a service provided by Fabric, which is owned by Google LLC.

We send the following information to Crashlytics when a crash or problem occurs:

  • The application's installation UUID.
  • Crash traces (technical details relating to the cause of the error).
  • The device's IP address.
  • Information about the device, including Device ID, model and type, name, OS version and language settings.
  • Application version information.
  • Log date and time.

Data sent to Crashlytics is stored for 90 days.

Data that is sent to Crashlytics is not stored or transferred to other services or resources, and is not used or associated with other data available to Google.

How do we collect your data?

Most of our data is provided directly by you. We collect and process data when you:

  • Sign up for a Masonix account
  • Fill information into forms on our website or in our phone applications
  • Visit our website

We may also receive technical data from your phone application when there is an error. This is to allow us to find the cause of the error and fix it.

Your data is securely stored on our servers. All personal data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). We will keep your data for as long as you have a Masonix account. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete personally identifiying information held on you as part of this process.
